Tired of feeling overwhelmed and stressed?

Life can feel chaotic when you’re constantly battling distractions, struggling to stay organized, or navigating sensory overload. While managing the complexities of ADHD, autism, or both (AuDHD), it may feel like the world isn’t built for your unique brain. The everyday challenges—miscommunications with neurotypicals, time management, and the relentless pressure to keep up—can leave you feeling drained and misunderstood. But you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to be this way.

FAQ

How long should I commit to being in coaching, at least in the beginning?

The duration of coaching depends on your unique goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term coaching (about 3–6 months) to work on specific challenges, while others prefer longer-term support to build and refine new strategies over time. I recommend starting with a commitment of at least 12 sessions to allow time for us to explore your goals, implement new strategies, and adjust based on what’s working. As you progress, we can reassess and decide if continued support would be beneficial or if you feel ready to apply what you've learned independently. Ultimately, it’s flexible and tailored to your journey.

From your perspective, what is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that empowers individuals to harness their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in their lives. It’s not about fixing or changing who you are—it’s about helping you understand yourself better, identify what’s getting in your way, and develop personalized strategies that work for your unique brain. As a coach, I guide and support you, providing tools, structure, and accountability while respecting your autonomy and insight. Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. It’s about developing practical strategies to help you achieve specific personal or professional goals, improve your daily functioning, and build a life that aligns with your values. While therapy may delve deeply into emotions and past trauma, coaching emphasizes action, skill-building, and navigating current challenges.

What is unique about the work you do, or how have you found your work to be different than your colleagues'?

What makes my work unique is that I combine professional training with lived experience as an autistic ADHDer. I understand firsthand what it’s like to navigate a world not designed for your brain. Unlike some traditional approaches, I focus on building a sustainable lifestyle that works with your neurotype rather than against it. My goal is to help clients embrace who they are and thrive, not just cope or conform. I teach clients to remove their mask and live with authenticity while many other professionals might inadvertently teach a client how to strengthen their mask.

How can you tell if I am benefiting from working with you?

You'll know you’re benefitting when you start noticing small but meaningful changes in your daily life. This could look like feeling less overwhelmed, having more clarity around your goals, managing your time better, or using new strategies to tackle challenges. You might also experience an increase in self-confidence, improved communication in your relationships, or just feeling more in control of your day-to-day. Progress may feel subtle at first, but over time, you'll see the positive impact on your overall well-being and sense of balance.
